Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team at Carrier Enterprise. As a key member of our branch leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and motivating the branch team, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in sales and leadership, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business goals
• Lead by example and demonstrate sales excellence
• Motivate and develop the branch team to achieve their full potential
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform business decisions
• Utilize CE's proprietary technology to streamline operations and improve sales performance
Requirements
• Prior experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in a B2B environment
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
What We Offer
• Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
