About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC install technician to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Develop and implement effective diagnostic procedures to identify system issues
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project objectives and improve overall efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to HVAC system installation and maintenance
Compensation and Benefits:
• $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience
