Job Summary
Carrier Enterprise is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our branch team in a specific location. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to reach business goals
• Demonstrate sales excellence and lead by example
• Effectively motivate and develop the branch team
• Expand the existing customer base and identify growth strategies for new sales channels
• Utilize CE's proprietary technology to grow sales and promote operational excellence
Requirements
• Prior experience in customer service and leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred
• Experience in managing cross-functional relationships and analyzing data to make informed decisions
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Benefits
• Competitive salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year
