• Lead and supervise all HVAC service activities and plumbing teams
• Hire, train, and develop service team members to ensure they meet company standards

• Conduct regular team and individual performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer requests and concerns in a timely manner
• Provide safety training for service team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1-5 years of management experience in a related field
• Proven track record of leading and developing a team to achieve desired outcomes
• A valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
