Hiring Overview:
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Lay out and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment, according to wiring diagrams, using electrician's hand tools.
Requirements:
• Must have 3+ years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Hold relevant certifications, such as NATE or EPA.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:
• $19.00 per hour salary.
• Overtime on Saturdays.
• Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm.
