About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in HVAC sales and service, with a minimum of five years of experience. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\
Responsibilities will include overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial heating and air conditioning systems, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also have experience with both commercial and industrial processes, as well as prior military service (a plus).
\
This role comes with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and health savings plan.
