About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bus A/C Systems Technician to join our team in High Point, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining air conditioning systems in buses.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
This role requires a deep understanding of bus A/C systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Installing new air conditioning systems in buses according to manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshooting and repairing existing bus A/C systems
• Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical issues related to the A/C systems
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
• Multi-faceted expertise in A/C system installation, including interior, plumbing, and engine bay hookups
• Thorough knowledge of bus air conditioning systems and their components
• Electrical component proficiency
• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience in A/C installation or a related field
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
