Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and repair, with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
• Inspect and diagnose system issues to determine necessary repairs or replacements
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and extend system lifespan
• Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and electrical systems
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights (up to 20 feet)
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 - $78,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
