About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. As a hybrid position, you will work on-site Monday through Thursday and have the option to work from home on Fridays after the training period.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be responsible for:
• Responding to calls and emails from customers who do not have an active account with Nortek Global HVAC.
• Assisting customers with warranty-related inquiries, including registration, processing, authorizations, claims status, and coverage details.
• Handling in-house warranty processes when no distributors are available, including processing no-charge parts requests.
• Processing product registrations, making corrections as needed, and sending confirmation emails for completed registrations.
• Providing product literature and warranty information to customers via email or print/mail upon request.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Data entry skills.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
