Overview

Responsibilities
• Sourcing and contacting potential clients weekly, documenting and reporting findings
• Updating the proposal log regularly
• Collaborating with team members to generate more work and maintain margins
• Completing customer satisfaction sheets
• Determining customer needs, estimating work, suggesting upgrades, and developing solutions
• Monitoring, reporting, and meeting sales plan goals
• Developing and maintaining an active proposal backlog
• Developing long-term relationships to create brand loyalty
• Thoroughly learning company services to explain to clients and persuade sales
Qualifications
• 5 years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or related sales
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organized and self-motivated with ability to source leads and make calls
• Professional manner and appearance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various projects in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
