Job Title: HVAC System Maintenance Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HVAC System Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and repairs on residential air conditioning systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our company's standards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on air conditioning units, including filter replacement and cleaning
• Identify and repair any issues that may arise during regular checks
• Install new equipment as required, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• EPA certification and a clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers
