Job Description:
As a Commercial HVAC Install Technician at Westbrook Service Corporation, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating and cooling systems in various industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and commission commercial HVAC systems in various buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Select and procure the necessary equipment and materials for installations
• Evaluate and ensure that HVAC systems meet industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time
• Foster excellent customer relationships and provide exceptional service
Requirements:
• Associate's degree in a related field (Preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Install Technician
• HVAC certification or licensure (Preferred)
• Thorough knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
