Job Description
TrovaSearch is seeking an Air Conditioning Operations Manager to lead our HVAC service team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of all reporting HVAC Service Technicians, overseeing system inspections and testing.
• Communicate with service coordinators to manage project scheduling, manpower utilization, and parts availability.
• Evaluate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Review daily service tickets, ensure repair quotes are submitted to customers quickly and accurately.
• Ensure adherence to company policies by all reporting HVAC service technicians.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to industry standard safety practices.
Qualifications
• Possess in-depth operational understanding of HVAC systems.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, leadership abilities, communication skills, and conflict management skills.
• Hold at least five years of experience in HVAC management or a related field.
• Be proficient in ServiceTitan Dispatch or other dispatch program, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and location.
