Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Maintenance Expert to join our team at Ingenuity Air. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including package units, split systems, fans, refrigeration equipment, and factory-mounted micro-processor-based control systems.
• Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose and identify electrical/mechanical faults and maintenance risks for HVAC systems, perform repairs, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and respond promptly to their needs.
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair; willingness to continue education in the field.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
• General knowledge of hazards of the trade and necessary precautionary measures.
• Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Benefits:
• $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
