At Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we're seeking a talented Sales Lead Generator to join our team. As a member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your sales career and work with a leading residential home services provider in the US.

Your Role:
• You'll collaborate closely with our National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Store personnel to engage customers in conversations about heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements, and energy conservation.
• Your goal is to promote home performance tune-ups and schedule business leads for free, in-home consultations.
• Our industry experts will handle the rest, ensuring you can focus on what matters most – driving sales growth and exceeding goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, plus commission pay, resulting in average hourly earnings of $20-30/hr after commissions. You'll also receive weekly pay via direct deposit and enjoy flexible scheduling with Thursday through Sunday shifts (10am-4pm).
Requirements:
• You must be able to work independently in a retail environment and have a willingness to approach, speak, and engage with customers.
• Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate for this requirement.
• You'll need a driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals and a willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours, including some holidays.
• Reliable transportation is a must, and you must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old at date of application.
