Senior Project Coordinator - Hospital HVAC Systems
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum
Gulfstream Strategic Placements seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of hospital HVAC projects in Sacramento, CA. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with OSHPD standards and overseeing the design and installation of critical mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing all aspects of HVAC construction projects, including budget management, schedule coordination, and resource allocation.
• Guarantee installations meet healthcare facility codes, safety standards, and OSHPD inspection requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and healthcare facility representatives.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction, focusing on healthcare projects and OSHPD-regulated environments.
• Proficient in software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and hospital-grade plumbing and piping systems.
