HVAC Project Lead for Healthcare Facilities
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per annum
Gulfstream Strategic Placements is seeking an accomplished Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of complex HVAC projects in healthcare facilities across California. This role demands expertise in overseeing the design and installation of critical mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with stringent regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of HVAC construction projects, guaranteeing installations meet healthcare facility codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budget management, schedule coordination, and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and on-time project completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and healthcare facility representatives.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction, focusing on healthcare projects and regulated environments.
• Proficient in software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
• In-depth expertise in HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and hospital-grade plumbing and piping systems.
