This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols, clean room standards, and mechanical construction regulations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of HVAC and clean room construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage the design, installation, and commissioning of high-performance HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and medical gas systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years in commercial mechanical construction, with extensive experience managing HVAC and clean room projects.
• Proficiency in HVAC systems, clean room technologies, and building automation platforms.
• Advanced skills in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and project management tools like MS Project and Trimble AutoBid.
• Proven local work history in Sacramento, CA, with a solid understanding of regional building codes and market trends.
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
