Responsibilities
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the building, including daily tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
• Cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, replacing light bulbs, and supplying restrooms on a regular basis.
• Performing minor repairs and notifying the manager of any major issues.
• Securing the building by locking doors after completion of duties.
• Providing detailed reports of areas cleaned.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial services.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Strong physical abilities and stamina.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
The annual salary range for this position is approximately $42,000 - $58,000.
