Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in automotive glass replacement and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
• Replacing and repairing automotive glass on various vehicles
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensuring all work meets industry and company standards for safety and excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive glass replacement
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
