As an Operations Manager at Ryder, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our vehicles are properly maintained. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and support staff, providing training and guidance as needed, and working closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet maintenance, with experience in labor management, inventory control, and customer relations. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of experience in a supervisory role are preferred, but not required.
The salary for this position ranges from $98,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
