Job Title:
Full-time HVAC Helper / Apprentice
Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time HVAC Helper / Apprentice. As an entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and advance in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist technicians and installers with repair, installation, and maintenance of ductwork, piping, wiring, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools, materials, and vehicles
• Perform daily operational checks on assigned vehicles
• Attend required vocational school and classroom instruction to learn more about the trade
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Enrollment in an apprenticeship program recognized by the State of Virginia
• Basic knowledge of electrical principles, refrigeration principles, service tools, and testing devices
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands typical of the position, work on ladders, and operate tools safely
Compensation and Benefits:
