About the Job
This full-time position involves working directly with service technicians, installers, and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting goals and key performance objectives (KPOs). Your responsibilities will include assisting technicians and installers with repairs, installations, and maintenance of ductwork, piping, wiring, and equipment. You will also maintain a small tool and equipment case, keeping all materials, tools, and equipment organized and clean. Furthermore, you will be responsible for helping maintain assigned vehicles by performing daily operational checks and maintaining safe work habits.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This estimate includes overtime, weekend, and on-call work.
