About the Job:
The HVAC Service Manager is a critical role at Sunset Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing, responsible for overseeing all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations, financial activities, and personnel. This individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create culture, and develop staff and management to be world-class operators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute strategies to increase revenue growth.
• Develop and implement systems, training, and accountability to achieve gold-standard service and quality.
• Improve key metrics, including NPS, reduction of callbacks, etc.
• Establish a positive, respected presence in the local community.
• Mentor and train staff to meet KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Management/Supervisory experience in the HVAC Industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing revenue, budgeting, and/or P&L required.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis, and develop solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Skilled Trades experience required.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
