Responsibilities
• Collaboration Work closely with other construction professionals to coordinate projects effectively.
• Tools and Equipment Operate and maintain various sheet metal tools and equipment.
• Quality Assurance Ensure duct installations meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Continuous Learning Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and techniques in sheet metal.
• Cleanliness and Organization Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Customer Interaction Interact with clients and provide information on sheet metal/ducting projects.
• Repairs and Maintenance Perform repairs and maintenance on existing ducting systems.
• Team Leadership Supervise and lead a team of sheet metal technicians, ensuring safety protocols are met.
• Blueprint Interpretation Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Ductwork Installation Install and maintain HVAC ductwork systems.
• Quality Control Inspect completed sheet metal work for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Safety Compliance Enforce safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring proper use of PPE.
• Documentation Maintain detailed records of work performed.
• Training and Development Train and mentor junior sheet metal technicians.

Requirements
• OSHA 10 certification, demonstrating knowledge of safety regulations.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and principles.
• Familiarity with geometric shapes and ability to work with them in fabrication context.
• Entry-level opportunity with 0-1 year of experience in mechanical/construction role.

• Possession of a clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort and proficiency in using various hand tools commonly employed in sheet metal work.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely on ladders and staging when necessary.

• Demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic.
• Hold a valid and clean driver's license to commute to work locations.
