Talent Software Services has been providing consulting opportunities to talented professionals since 1987. We are now looking for an experienced HVAC Systems Lead Designer to join our team in Portland, OR.
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
The key responsibilities include:
• Leading the conceptual design effort on various project types.
• Managing all aspects of project design with project management, architects, and other trades.
• Supervising less-experienced engineers in performing HVAC system design and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent knowledge of applicable systems design, including fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Strong computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products.
• Four-year degree in Engineering or related field.
• PE License required.
• 7 - 10 years proven design experience.
