Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate service efforts with our team of experienced HVAC technicians
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to our customers
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• EPA Certification
• Completion of a Total Tech course or equivalent training program
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using ServiceTitan software (a plus)
