Job Summary: As a Residential HVAC Service Professional, you will work directly with customers, ask insightful questions, and listen to their needs and concerns to understand and address their comfort issues. You will exercise your critical thinking and technical skills to develop high-quality solutions for the client.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate services needed and why to clients prior to starting work.
• Provide thorough evaluations of HVAC systems with clients, using exploratory techniques to understand client needs.
• Test and repair or replace defective equipment, components, and wiring.
• Discuss system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify repairs.
• Advocate for customers, the business, and drive revenue growth.
