Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician - Installation and Repair to join Yadon Mechanical LLC's team. This role involves providing top-notch HVAC services to residential and commercial clients.
About the Role:
• Inspection and Troubleshooting: Perform thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission new HVAC units, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct repairs and replacements of defective parts or components in various HVAC systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance to extend the life and efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. HVAC certification or a relevant technical degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 1 year in the field is necessary.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems, is essential.
• Strong understanding of electrical and refrigeration systems is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities are required.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces is required.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
