Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Exercise critical thinking and technical skills to develop high-quality solutions for the client.
• Communicate services needed and why to clients prior to starting work.
• Provide thorough evaluations of HVAC systems with clients, using exploratory techniques to understand client needs.
• Test and repair or replace defective equipment, components, and wiring.
Requirements:
• HVAC experience required: 1-3 Years.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Able to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
