WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of HVAC trade school
• Valid driver's license
• Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Must reside within 1 hour of our office in Washington, PA
• Ability to use an iPad
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience
• HVAC Troubleshooting Skills
• Experienced charging and collecting from residential customers
• Experience using a flat rate book/software
WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
As a Lead Residential and Commercial HVAC Service Tech, your day begins with a morning dispatch from your home, allowing you to head straight to your first customer. You arrive on time, ready to diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential homes and commercial locations. Each service call brings unique challenges, whether it's troubleshooting a complex system or handling routine maintenance. In this heating and cooling role, you work closely with fellow technicians, utilizing your iPad to document service calls and process payments. At the end of the day, you leave satisfied, knowing you've provided excellent service and support to your community.
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time heating and cooling position operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for overtime and participation in an on-call rotation. You'll work primarily in Washington, PA, dispatching to job sites directly from your home, enhancing your work-life balance.
