Job Title: HVAC Technician - HVACR Service Technician

• Salary: $20-$30/hour
About this Heating and Cooling Position:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation every 5+ days.
• Location: Dispatch from home with occasional reporting to our Washington office.
Your Role: As an HVAC Technician - HVACR Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing broken HVAC and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and installing new components. You will communicate directly with customers, explain issues in a way they understand, and ensure correct pricing is reflected on your tablet.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of HVACR experience
• EPA 608 Universal License
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and independent work ethic
