Job Title: Experienced HVAC Service Professional
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC service professional to join our team at Cardon Discount Air Conditioning LL. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal system performance.
• Install, replace, and maintain HVAC equipment to meet client needs and expectations.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent downtime and extend the lifespan of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
• EPA and HVAC certification to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC services to guarantee expertise and proficiency.
• An own set of basic service tools to facilitate efficient work execution.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record to enable reliable transportation to job sites.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Location:
The majority of projects are located in the greater Tampa and St. Pete area, with occasional out-of-town jobs (lodging, gas, and per-diem provided).
