Technical Field Service Representative
We are seeking a Technical Field Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, including field escalation phone support and on-site support for installations and technical escalations.

The Job:
• Field Escalation Phone Support/Software reporting system to our customers field engineers
• On-site support to our dealers and partners for installations and technical escalations
• Product Demonstration to prospective clients either live at our Customer Support Center or through remote methods
Requirements:
• Strong Technical Background in mechanical systems, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with equipment
• Comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time for customer site visits
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
