As a senior-level Sheet Metal Technician at Modigent, you will be responsible for leading our team in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment.
Responsibilities and Expectations
• Lead the team in fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment.
• Supervise and train junior technicians.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in dry side commercial applications and design.
• In-depth knowledge of dry-side commercial applications and design.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
