Key Responsibilities
• Hiring and Retention: Recruit, hire, and retain skilled HVAC service technicians to meet the company's growth objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of five or more service technicians, fostering a positive work environment that promotes productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Review: Regularly review technician performance, daily calls, and accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Customer Service: Guide service technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences, address inquiries, and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Service Manager or similar leadership role for two years or more.
• Thorough knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry safety standards and regulations.
• Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and pre-employment drug test.
