We are a dynamic company seeking an experienced MEP HVAC Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive new business and client services in Mechanical Contractors & Engineers with MEP / HVAC projects.
Salary: $85K+ base PLUS commissions & Incentives up to $150K+
Job Description:
• Manage territory selling Refrigeration & HVAC services & agreements
• Initiate and coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent on MEP projects
• Create design that meets project parameters using software
• Develop proposals or job bids that meet all technical requirements for the client
• Provide estimates for projects involving heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Set & follow up on leads & referrals from current clients & generate new business
• Manage and oversee the release of your team's projects, including all equipment for flawless execution from shipment to job closeout
• Have proficient knowledge of energy & cost saving strategies for HVAC / MEP Commercial equipment and service agreements & preventative maintenance agreements
• Qualify and target opportunities based on close customer knowledge
• Manage budgeting quotes, service agreements to support sales plans
Requirements:
• 5 + years' experience in MEP / HVAC Sales
• Book of business with HVAC / MEP clients
• Chiller's, Boilers, RTU's, Air Handlers, BAS, Controls, Electrical understanding & Bachelor's degree preferred
• Will need B2B Sales experience, with $5MM or more strong working knowledge of systems, equipment, components and able to survey buildings
• Great attitude, great technical knowledge and customer service
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Good driving record / license
• Enthusiasm to learn & work in a fast paced, ever evolving & growing dynamic energy service field
• Must be Professional and Polished, tactful & respectful with clients & team members regardless of their status or position, accepts responsibility for own actions
