About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Install Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R, with at least 2 years as a lead or senior technician. Strong leadership skills and a keen focus on client satisfaction are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bidding jobs by preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial HVAC installation projects.
• Monitoring and managing project budgets to ensure profitability.
• Providing hands-on training and mentorship to Commercial HVAC installation technicians.
• Oversight of commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures to ensure high standards of work.
• Ensuring all commercial HVAC installation work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Salary and Benefits:
• A salary range of $65,000-$70,200 per year, plus quarterly bonuses.
