About the Role
We are looking for a talented New Home Construction HVAC Specialist to join our team at Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, LLC. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in estimating and designing HVAC systems for new residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Size and design HVAC systems using industry-standard software.
• Develop ductwork designs and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Prepare permitting documentation and conduct energy calculations.
• Evaluate material and labor costs per project.
• Mainly utilize accurate records and adjust documentation to reflect onsite construction alterations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to achieve successful projects.
Essential Skills
• Exemplary communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks effectively and maintain precise attention to detail.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to adapt to new tools and processes.
• Prior experience with Wrightsoft and EnergyGuage software beneficial but not obligatory.
• Ability to engage in regular desk work and occasional light lifting up to 15 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
