Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is a leading provider of HVAC services in the Bay Area. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the service, repair, and installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You must have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
We offer competitive pay depending on experience: $85,000 - $110,000 per year. In addition, we provide benefits, vacation time, training opportunities, and a positive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Basic technical HVAC experience
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives
You will be responsible for:
• Supervising and delegating tasks to service employees
• Counseling and motivating technicians to maximize productivity
• Providing sales support to the field via onsite sales and bid writing assistance
• Assisting with dispatch functions to ensure appropriate technicians are assigned to customer needs
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction
