About the Role:
We are offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and 401K matching. You will be responsible for supervising and delegating service employees, including hiring decisions, coordinating schedules, conducting staff meetings, training employees, evaluating performance, and supervising work assignments. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of management experience in the HVAC industry is required, along with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is familiarity with California DMV regulations.
