About the Job
We're seeking a Senior Plumbing Professional to join our team at Redwood Pipe and Drain, Inc. in Scotts Valley, CA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working on a variety of projects, and mentoring junior team members.
Estimated Salary: $32–$36/hour + commissions + bonuses.
Job Details
You'll work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with occasional weekend rotations. You'll be involved in whole-house repiping, sewer camera inspections, clean-outs, and repairs, as well as bathroom remodels and renovations.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality plumbing solutions and has excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Work on a variety of projects, including whole-house repiping and sewer camera inspections
• Mentor junior team members
• Manage materials, tools, and work prep independently
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience, including work with ABS, cast-iron, copper, and steel piping
• Knowledge of PEX, Tracpipe, HDPE fusion, and sewer work is a plus
• Familiarity with local and international plumbing codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
