We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Service Expert to join our team at DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES MFG LP.
About the Job:
This role involves providing technical support to customers, distributors, and contractors for Daikin's US domestic product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance via phone and email.
• Collaborate with reps, distributors, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and incidents.
• Work closely with the manager to distribute requests for field visits and training.
What We Offer:
