About the Role
We are seeking an experienced residential service technician to join our team at Morgan Pro Service, LLC. This individual will be responsible for providing maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in the field, a strong mechanical background, and excellent customer service skills. They will also be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Salary: Up to $36.00/hr depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
• Maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Providing feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing
Requirements
• 3+ years' experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• HVAC education preferred, and strong mechanical background
• Clean driving record and insurable driving record
• Licensed through TDLR
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Verifiable Work History
