We are seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Service Tech to join our team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality workmanship.
The salary for this position is up to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits including paid holidays, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401K plan with company match.
Responsibilities and Requirements
• Provide maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Offer exceptional customer service and feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs and retail pricing
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC or related field
• HVAC education preferred, with a strong mechanical background
• Clean driving record and insurable driving record
