About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HVAC/R and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components related to refrigeration equipment. You will work closely with grocery store managers and directors to diagnose and repair issues, as well as perform preventative maintenance tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing refrigeration systems, including self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems
• Performing minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment
• Inspecting plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems to identify specifications required
Additional skills and qualifications include:
• Good judgement for use of supplies and materials in refrigeration repairs
• Attention to detail and critical analysis for diagnostics and work performed
• Professional communication skills
