We offer a competitive salary range of $34.75 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems
• Maintain all property in good repair and operation as pertains to classification
• Conduct periodic and special inspections of plumbing and heating equipment according to a schedule or according to work order
• Perform safety checks on all equipment used in completion of job
• Makes spot repairs if at all possible
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year of experience working with plumbing codes, drainage systems, and hot water heaters
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
