Job Description
">
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician III to join our team at TDIndustries. In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of HVAC Commercial systems.
">
Key Responsibilities:
">
• Service, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex Commercial HVAC systems.">
• Coordinate work processes on large projects and perform disassembly and reassembly of commercial equipment as needed.">
• Complete service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls as directed.">
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.">
Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
• A high school diploma or equivalent and a two-year technical degree in a related field (preferred).">
• At least 5-7 years of experience in HVAC unitary skills, including split systems, mini-split systems, roof top units, water source heat pumps, and self-contained systems.">
• Experience in HVAC chiller skills, including air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, centrifugal chiller theory, fan powered box, VAV box, and exhaust fans.">
• Pumps and piping systems knowledge, including pump configurations, flow control, and piping strainers and backflow devices.">
• Knowledge of brand-specific controls and advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques, and codes.">
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication capabilities.">
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with app-based software and safely operate motor vehicles and trailers.">
