HVAC Systems Supervisor
Sunstate Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our team of craftsmen and apprentices in the installation, alteration, fabrication, and repair of sheet metal products, equipment ducts, and hoods for HVAC systems.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, safety management, and technical skills. As a Commercial HVAC Systems Leader, you will be responsible for teaching apprentices, managing daily labor and productivity, adhering to safety policies, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise apprentices in various aspects of sheet metal work
• Manage daily labor and productivity while setting clear objectives and timelines
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or non-compliance
• Mentor employees to improve their skills and performance
• Operate company vehicles safely during work hours
• Manage materials and inventory delivered to job sites
• Install, alter, fabricate, and repair sheet metal products, equipment ducts, and hoods for HVAC systems
• Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join metal components
Salary and Benefits:

Location:
The office is located at 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103, Tempe, AZ 85282. Regular travel across the greater Phoenix area is required.
