Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee new construction projects on the trim side of HVAC installations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and deadline management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversight of all aspects of construction project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Resource allocation for assigned projects, including supervision of onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Maintenance of high standards of workmanship adhering to original plans and specifications.
• Management of relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Purchase coordination of necessary equipment and services for all jobs.
• Clear communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Identification and resolution of installation process challenges, ensuring projects remain on track.
• Accurate record-keeping, project documentation, and reports related to HVAC installations and warranties.
• Facilitation of clear communication between office staff and field crew members, offering support to senior staff.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in construction management or related fields.
• HVAC project management experience.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
